Jihi Oh serves as Jihi Law Group’s managing partner. Immigration law is Ms. Oh’s primary focus, including business and family immigration. She also handles Corporate Law. Her expertise in the immigration law, coupled with her compassion and desire for each client, enables her to fully understand her clients’ needs and goals.
Ms. Oh was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, New York, and California Bars as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of New York. She obtained a Master Degree in Taxation Law from Boston University School of Law in 2011 and a Juris Doctorate specialized in Business Transactions Law from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009.
Ms. Oh has also been very active in legal community, including American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New Jersey Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, California Bar Association, Korea Trade- Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), & Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KOCHAM).
She is fluent in Korean.
